Responsibilities:

  • Arrange delivery schedule.
  • Liaise with customers for installation details.
  • Attend to customer's feedback.
  • Remind customer to prepare payment.

Requirements:

  • Communicating in Mandarin is a must, and basic Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Independent and willing to learn.
  • Good at communication, coordination, clear thinking, and flexible problem-solving to quickly clarify customer's issues.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:
  • Commission provided for every position.
  • KPI cash reward every month (up to RM500).
  • Salary increment every June and December.
